FULL REFURBISHMENT PROJECT

Severalls El Sol was originally built as part of a gated community development back in the year 2000. Nestled just meters away from the sea, the property offers proximity to Flamingo Beach, local shops, and restaurants, all within a short, leisurely stroll.

In 2021, I acquired this stunning Villa and embarked on an extraordinary journey of transformation. What began as a simple 'update' evolved into a grand project, including the removal of internal walls, the installation of a new luxurious kitchen and bathrooms, a complete revamp of the swimming pool, the construction of an outdoor BBQ area, and the addition of a self-contained annex.

Balancing the demands of remote work and frequent travel from my hometown in Suffolk, UK, to the Canary Islands presented its challenges. Nevertheless, it has been an absolute delight to contribute to this project, and I take immense pride in the transformation of the villa. Bathed in year-round sunshine, the property is available for holiday rentals, creating cherished family memories that will last a lifetime.
